We have a long association with Rolls-Royce plc and have worked together across a number of different sites, delivering over 100 design-and-build and commission-only projects from small external works to brand new multi-million pound facilities.

About us

The project involved the design and construction of a new bespoke production facility with integral offices and amenity accommodation at the West Craven Business Park, Earby, Lancashire. The project involved significant earthworks, sub-structure and superstructure works. We provided full ‘turn-key’ internal fit out and services installations, as well as all associated external hard and soft landscaping. The scheme involved extensive drainage works via a series of silt traps and oil interceptors and a foul pump station.

Weston EU

We carried out the design and construction of a new 7,000m² compression facility to replace their existing machine shop. Enabling works ahead of the main contract included diversion of overhead power lines and diversion of the high voltage network. Following on from this we constructed a portal frame extension of the Wide Chord Fan Blade Module 2 building. The third structure in the package was the design and construction of a new portal frame facility to house a de-bonding process for jet engine fan blades.

The works included foundations, detailed design and erection of steelwork, reinforced concrete floor slab, detailed design and erection of roof and wall cladding, hangar doors and mechanical and electrical services.
