Mott MacDonald Bentley (MMB) is hosting a 'Meet MMB' event on Wednesday 24 June 2026 at Lighthouse, Poole’s Centre for Arts from 18:00 until 21:30.
The event
Join colleagues from MMB for an evening of networking. Kicking off the event will be a short presentation from MMB directors who will share more about the business, followed by a Q&A and an opportunity to network with your peers and MMB colleagues.

About us
MMB is a fully integrated design-and-build contractor, currently working with ten of the UK’s largest water and wastewater companies, operating across the UK.
MMB is delivering significant works as part of a £3.7bn AMP8 capital investment programme to improve services for customers across the South West of England, including enhanced wastewater treatment, environmental improvements, and ensuring the availability of water.
Delivering in the South West
£200M flagship project
MMB is supporting the delivery of c.£200M worth of improvements to a major water recycling centre in the region, with several elements of work in the scope including large diameter pipework, storage tank installations, pumping station construction and moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR) technology.
AMP8 treatment projects
Additional AMP8 projects include schemes that will improve water and wastewater treatment, water and wastewater networks, storm overflows, flooding resilience, and bio resources.

We are also looking to build our construction workforce to support the delivery of large-scale engineering projects across the region. Roles include:

Ready-made gangs
Experience in the water sector is preferred, but not essential.
Note: Mott MacDonald Bentley is not currently offering sponsorship to candidates under the Skilled Worker visa route in the UK. This decision is as a consequence of the changes made to the Skilled Worker route by the UK Government in April 2024.
